Since 1950, the Dipasquale family has been selecting and promoting traditional Sicilian cheeses, especially the region’s great DOP specialties. In their shop on Corso Italia in Ragusa, visitors can discover a small treasure of pecorino cheeses, canestrati and many other varieties, along with olive oil, wine, cured meats and other delicious delicacies from this land blessed by nature and loved by its people.

All our cannoli are prepared one by one. We make sure the shell is fried to perfection, that the flavor of the ricotta is clearly noticeable beyond the sweetness of the sugar, and that the authentic tastes of our land can be enjoyed. For this reason, at the end of the process we place the red “Bottone” seal on every cannolo: our guarantee of quality for your palate.
